You would end up having to redo the entire site from ground up.Although our servers do backups on a weekly basis, it will upload the site content back to its original state, but sadly the backend will not be loaded back.

It is very important to remember to save your site after making any change.

To save your site without publishing the changes , hover over the drop-down arrow next to the Publish button and select Save Draft.

To download a backup of your site, hover over the drop-down arrow next to the Publish button and select Backup/Restore then click the Backup button.
