Changing the Automatic Send/Receive Time in Outlook 2010

  • Step 1: Click File, and then Options.

A pop-up with the heading Outlook Options will appear.

  • Step 2: In the left had column find and click Advanced.

  • Step 3: Scroll down, using the scroll on the right of the pop-up, until you see Send and Receive.

Click on the Send and Receive button. A new pop-up with heading Send/Receive Groups will appear.
