Manage files via Plesk control panel

Log in to Plesk

To access Plesk, log in to MyDot, and click Hosting & Domains in the main menu.

Click on Hosting Packages and then find the domain you want to log in to in your list of hosting packages.

Click CONTROLS under your chosen domain, and then click HOSTING PANEL. You will be redirected to your Plesk control panel.

Managing files

Uploading a file via Plesk's file manager

In Plesk's main menu, click Files to access the file manager.

Uploading files

In the file manager, click the blue + button, and click Upload.

Website files should be uploaded to the httpdocs folder.

If you've uploaded files into the wrong folder, you can move them.

Select the files to move or delete

Select the destination folder to move files into

Moving files

Tick the box(es) next to the file(s) you want to move.

Click Move.

Select the destination folder.

Click OK.

You should get the confirmation message "Selected files and directories were successfully moved."

Deleting files

Tick the box(es) next to the file(s) you want to delete.

Click Remove.

You'll see a popup with the message "Are you sure you want to permanently remove the selected files and directories?".

Click Yes to confirm.

You should get the confirmation message "Selected files and directories were removed."
