Using Windows Explorer

If you do not want to download an FTP client, you can simply use Windows Explorer as an alternative to perform the same task. All you need to do is click on My Computer.
At the top where it sais computer, type in ftp://yourdomainname.co.za and press enter. You will then be asked for a username and password which will be the FTP credentials that we provided you with.
