Enable your signature

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click Composing Messages.
  4. Set your signature settings according to your preferences.
  5. Ensure that Automatically add signature is not set to never.
  6. Click Save.

Change your signature

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Identities.
  3. Click your email address.
  4. Enter your details.
  5. Enter or edit your signature.
  6. Click Save.
