Manage Control Panel users
You are able to set up access to MyDot for other users, allowing them adminstrative control over your account. Log into http://my.imaginet.co.za/ and click on My Account in the menu on the left (Fig. 1). Then click on User Management.
Click Add to create a new user.
Enter the new user's details, including the password they will use to log in to MyDot. Their username will be the email address entered.
Select a user type:
Admin: A person given "Admin" rights can makes any changes to the account except change or remove the Primary Account Holder's details. This person will thus be able to see all passwords, change passwords, upgrade services, add new services, etc.
Normal: A person given "Normal" permissions will be able to see all packages and make any changes that do not affect the billing. In other words they can see and change passwords, but cannot increase ADSL account limits, upgrade accounts or add new services.
Billing: A person given "Billing" permissions will only be able to see and update the financial details.
Custom: This option allows you to customize the user's permission using the options shown once the custom option has been selected.
If you select Custom, you will need to set the following permissions: ADSL, Billing, Email, and Hosting.
None: User will not be able to see any packages listed under this section.
Read-Only: User will be able to see packages and passwords but cannot make any changes.
Half: User will be able to see all packages under this section but can only make changes that do not affect the billing, i.e. they can change passwords but cannot increase the ADSL package limit or upgrade the service.
Full: User will be able to see all packages under this section and make any changes, including upgrades and adding new packages.
